So i wanna give some details about payment and Hostels:
The problem with Hostels and Hotels is, that there is a FAIR in frankfurt till Friday. so it´s high season for Hostels and Hotels. I contacted all Hostels for a special offer for us, but NOONE wanted to cooperate because of the date. Some of them were already full on friday like the one of the last year.
Anyway, fortunately i found one perfect youth Hostel which is not expensive. The System of the Hostel is not like the others. You have to be a member of a kind of a Hostel association to be able to book there. Well i asked there and there is a way for somone to book for a group ! u need a group card and fill some documents ect... I did that and finally got the cards and i made a reservation. The bad thing is, that they only have 74 beds left for friday. i booked all the beds even the 2-bed rooms because i know that there is no cheaper rooms. Since the fair is till Friday, i booked rooms for Thursday as well, coz many are coming on thursday.
anyway just to give you the details of my reservation:
on thursday 17th march:
40 X Beds (8bed Rooms) : 21 euro the night per person including breackfast
On Friday 18th March:
* 64 X Beds (8 x 8bed rooms) : 21 euro the night per person including breackfast
* 4 X beds (1x 4bed rooms) : 24 euro the night per person including breackfast
* 4 X Beds (2x 2bed rooms) : 29 euro the night per person including breackfast
* 2 X beds (1x 2bed rooms WC/Shower) : 34 euro the night per person including breackfast
soo. i booked all the rooms left. the good thing is, its the closest hostel to the location and its a really good area for parties and having fun. its about 2,5 km from the venue, u may walk 30 minutes over the Main river and dont need to pay extra money for transport.

on saturday, they still have 200 beds and there is no fair, so we arent in huryy to book. those who wanna stay in that hostel for the same prices mentionned, just let me know! but u can find cheaper rooms somewhere else.
Those rooms will be combined in the Payment system! that means i will try to generate many price packages for exemple:
ENTRY+TEKKEN6 TOURNY+2 NIGHTS= 67 euro
or
ENTRY+TEKKEN6+SSF4+FR NIGHT= 61 euro
and many other packages
the payment system will be online in 4-7 days!
For those who dont wanna wait longer, u can book somewhere else and garantee your room now.
There is a Hostel close to the main station and to the hostel of the last year which is very good and the cheapest :

26 euro the night in an 8bed room including breackfast. you can easily book online on the website.
You may find hotels for 35-50 euros the night of friday!
Just to make it clear! THE PRICES ARE MORE EXPENSIVE ONLY TILL FRIDAY! that means beginning from saturday all the roomms are a loot cheaper like 15-16 euros the night. The issue is only for thursday and friday. thats why i was in hurry to book for thursday and friday and not for saturday.
As you will c , we have 166 players only for tekken 6, and more than 100 players for ssf4. so those 74 rooms are not enough at ALL!
And i am aware that players dont have much money and they just wanna be part of the event. I am thinking about renting an extra empty big room in Frankfurt on Friday and manage it as a sleeping area for the players. I just got one big Area (badminton hall) with an airy floor (dunno what the owner meant lol), but he said that the floor is soft and optimal for sleep. the problem is that he afforded 15 euro per person, and if its more than 100 players, it will be 10 euro per person. so players could bring sleeping bags and spend the night there. the sleeping area is not that close to the venue (4,7 km) but easy to reach with the underground (10 mins). I really need feedback from you guys! if you would do that, or even prefer that rather than hostel because its only 10 euro ect... i will look for other sleeping areas closer to the venue and cheaper. but for now let me know what you think!
